  • Project details you provide — the type of work you are interested in and photographs of your property that you choose to upload.
  • Verification data — one-time codes we send to confirm your email address and, when you provide it, your mobile number.
  • Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as device and usage information, used to keep the Site secure and working.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Verify that the email address and mobile number you provide belong to you, before starting a project;
  • Respond to your enquiry and provide the landscape design and construction services you request;
  • Contact you about your project by phone, email or text, using the details and consents you provide;
  • Operate, secure and improve the Site.

SMS / text messaging

When you enter your mobile number on the Site and request a code, we send you a one-time verification code by SMS to confirm the number is yours. This is a transactional message tied to your request — we do not use it to send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency: you receive a text only when you request a verification code (typically one message per request). Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of these texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. For help you can also contact us using the details in the "Contact us" section below.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — to deliver your project, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes — after which we delete or de-identify it. Verification codes are short-lived and expire shortly after they are sent.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and storing verification codes only in a hashed form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to those who need it.

Your choices and rights

You can decline to provide information, though some features (such as starting a design project) require a verified email. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below; we will respond as required by applicable law.

Children's privacy

The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our SMS program is not directed to anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
