Our services

Pro Landscapes MD provides landscape, hardscape and drainage design and construction services in Maryland and Washington, DC. Information on the Site is provided for general purposes; a binding quote or agreement for work is provided separately, in writing.

SMS / text messaging program

When you enter your mobile number on the Site and tap "Send code", you consent to receive a one-time verification code from Pro Landscapes MD by SMS, so we can confirm the number is yours. This is a transactional, identity-verification program — not a marketing program.

• Program: one-time verification (identity confirmation) codes.
• Message frequency: you receive a text only when you request a code — typically one message per request.
• Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• To opt out, reply STOP at any time; to get help, reply HELP or contact us using the details below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers include the major US carriers; availability and delivery are not guaranteed and are outside our control.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and to confirm you own or have permission to upload any property photographs you submit. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current so our messages reach you.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos and design concepts — are owned by Pro Landscapes MD or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without our permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use of concepts we prepare for your project.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be handled in the courts located in Maryland.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
